Join Our Studio

Epic Dance Complex encourages ongoing membership for consistency in training and personal relationships, both with fellow students and teachers. With fees payable each month, becoming a student means you’ll have access to our regular newsletters and studio events.

New students are invited to get started with a free trial class, view our class programs below and contact Desirae, our director, on 306-955-3742 to discuss any questions you may have. Alternatively, click on the program you’re interested in to sign up online.

Toddler and Preschool Classes Starting From

Students under the age of five can participate in one class per week.

More serious students aged 7 - 18 can participate in up to 2 classes per week.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you click on the Join Us button, you will be redirected to an application form where you can apply for one of our Dance programs. Once submitted Desirae, our Director, will be in touch to finalize your membership, which can be paid via credit card, cash or direct bank transfer. Membership will automatically renew each term. We request two weeks’ notice for cancellations.

If you move away from the area and our studio can no longer reasonably be accessed by you, we will refund the remainder of your term fees. Please note that a cancellation fee of $25 will apply.

Unfortunately, term fees are non-refundable in the case of injury. We welcome injured students to watch class so they can continue to learn.

We do not offer drop-in classes for school-aged students during the dance season. We do offer summer drop-in classes for a cost of $14.

We have a no-hassle cancellation policy. Simply complete the member cancellation form on our website to request your membership be cancelled for the upcoming school term. No further payments will be taken. Please allow 14 days for your cancellation to be processed.

As a member of our studio, you are eligible for a discount at the local Dancewear store Epic Dance.

Membership fees cover the cost of studio and dressing room use, and regular classes. We may request extra payments to cover the cost of transport to and from competitions or performances, costumes or makeup.
